We’ve spent years adoring this cuisine, with both myself (Charlie) & Arantxa travelling back and forth to Spain to visit family. Experiencing what’s there, the historic cooking methods, the long-established dishes as well as cherishing the knowledge from our own family roots.
It’s a passion we’re now bringing to you, and we cannot wait for you to taste it.
With the help of our Head Chef Luis, we’re giving you an experience that combines all of our ideas and talents, from sourcing local produce, to using the finest ingredients form Spain and also giving back to the community.
Pluma is our living vision for providing you with a true Spanish experience.
This will begin the minute you set foot through the door, you’ll be met by our welcoming and bubbly staff, who will take you to your table amidst our newly refurbished surroundings. With exposed ancient wood and brickwork, modern glass extensions and contemporary furnishings, it’s an eclectic mix of historic charm with a modern fusion.
Then immerse yourself in our dishes, tempting traditional tapas bursting with flavour, complimented by our rich, aromatic Spanish wine. Time will fly as you enjoy each unique taste, enjoying our 100% acorn-fed black Iberian ham, our golden Arbequina oils and Castilian saffron. Perfectly combined by our talented Head Chef for you to adore.

We want your experience with us to be as worry-free as possible, and so we’ve put in the maximum measures to ensure you that our restaurant is as safe as can be during COVID-19. These are the precautions we’ve taken to put your mind at ease:
We have physical screens in place at key areas of the restaurant.
All of our staff members will be using face coverings.
Front of house staff will all be carrying personal hand sanitiser as well as hand sanitisers at the front of the restaurant for guests when they arrive.
All of our staff will have their temperature checked and recorded, once at the start of their shift and once again halfway through their shift.
QR codes are available on all tables in order for the guest to see the menu. Hard copy menus are available on request.
